I shall be greatfull to you.Pull out the CRT base and econnect it If possible please try to check the Voltages on R G B cathode IF they are normal than you will have to replace the CRT. But I think this is a problem of Loose or rusty connection only. Because your manufacturer is the one of best in Industry Regards Prabhat.
