I have clipped down the movie, 'SuperSize Me' into an essential 2 minutes for grade-school classrooms. It answers the question very practically, 'what happens if I eat too much junk food?' Let's face it. Grade-school kids, even when healthy choices are in front of them, don't make the healthy choices. I hope this serves as a motivation! (Needless to say, it is also important to educate kids that McDonald's and fast food joints are not the only forms of junk food, and it is important to set a limit on how much junk food you can eat per week.)
